Do you handle delivery, setup and collection?
Yes. Our team takes care of delivery, full setup and breakdown of all tents and portable toilets. We’ll confirm access to the site beforehand, arrive at an agreed time, set everything up safely and return after your event to collect the equipment – so you can focus on your guests.
Can stretch tents and marquees handle wind and rain?
Our stretch tents and marquees are designed for outdoor events and are professionally rigged to handle typical Durban wind and rain. During setup we assess the ground, wind direction and anchoring points. In the case of extreme weather we may suggest changes to the layout, tent size or install date for safety.

What payment options are available and is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before delivery. We accept EFT and other standard South African payment methods (you can adjust this to match what you actually take). Once your deposit is received, your marquee and toilet hire for the selected dates is fully reserved in our system. Please read up on our Terms and condition before hiring.
How clean are your portable toilets and how often are they serviced?
Sunbow Rentals takes hygiene very seriously. All portable toilets are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and deodorised before every hire, and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitisers or wash-basins (depending on the unit). For multi-day events or large functions we can arrange on-site servicing, where our team empties, cleans and restocks the toilets to keep them fresh for your guests throughout your event.
